| Description: This patient complains of a nose that is too wide at the base and a tip that is too flat. This is a complaint of some non-caucasian patients seeking rhinoplasty. After nostril base narrowing and open rhinoplasty with tip grafting, the nose appears more refined at the tip and the base is indeed narrower. | |||
