| Description: This older patient complains of a dorsal hump. The tip is also pointing downward and the tip elements themselves are not aesthetically pleasing. After hump reduction and tip elevation with several shaped septal cartilage grafts. The tip appears more refined and youthful due to the graft support. Note the apparent shortening of nasal length and the angle of rotation of the tip after the rhinoplasty. | |||
