| Description: This patient has had four prior rhinoplasties by other surgeons. The dorsum has been rasped and the tip elements have been trimmed excessively to try to make the nose "smaller", but there is now insufficient cartilage support to render a refined tip. The patient has collapse of the tip with retraction of the nostrils. Following open rhinoplasty with tip grafts, alar grafts and other internal support grafts, the tip has more projection and looks more refined. | |||
