| Description: This patient has had three prior rhinoplasties by other surgeons. The dorsum has been rasped and the tip elements have been trimmed to try to make the nose "smaller", but there is now insufficient cartilage support to render a refined tip. Following open rhinoplasty and tip grafts and other internal support grafts, the tip has more projection and looks more refined. | |||
