| Description: This patient complains of a dorsal hump. The tip is not pointing downward excessively and the tip elements themselves are pleasing. After hump reduction and tip elevation with several shaped septal cartilage grafts. The tip appears more refined due to the graft support. Note the apparent shortening of nasal length and the angle of rotation of the tip after the rhinoplasty. | |||
