| Description: This patient complains of a dorsal hump. The tip is also pointing downward and the tip elements themselves are not aesthetically pleasing. The patient also has a "hanging columella" preoperatively. After hump reduction and tip elevation with several shaped septal cartilage grafts, and resetting of the columella to reduce columellar "show". The tip appears more refined due to the graft support. Note the apparent shortening of nasal length and the angle of rotation of the tip after the rhinoplasty, and the improvement in nostril shape and columellar show. | |||
