| Description: This patient complains of a dorsal hump. The tip is thin skinned and pleasing, but it is drooping and pointing downward. After hump reduction the result is natural and not obvious. The tip was augmented slighty by directly placing sutures (domal sutures) in the tip to increase the projection. | |||
