Description: This 23 year old patient was scheduled for elective thigh liposuction. A significant increase in breast size was not her primary concern, so she elected to have fat grafting to her breasts for enlargement. She had 200 cc of her own natural fat, suctioned from her knees and legs, injected into each breast. Note the natural look of the breasts and absence of incisions.
